I have played the Sims 2 since day one of its release in Australia and bought every single expansion pack and stuff pack available so I will do what i have never done with this blog and probably should have done is review all eps based on my experience.

It is a bit disappointing when you are a top contributor and spend so much time helping others to find your account suspended.  I did email yahoo asking them to elaborate on their reasons and to review my case but all I got back was: “We reviewed your case, and decided that your account is not eligible for reinstatement.”

And my answers are still being voted as “best answer” even though my account has been suspended lol

Maybe it was using the word “h.a.c.k”, I should have used “mods” instead or maybe it was just using my signature with a url in it, though the ban came after posting 100s of responses using the same signature which is only a list of other Sims 2 related sites.

This time it was raining when my Sim came back from work. He picked up the newspaper and went to the nearest chair which was outside…and did the crosswords and went to the bin as if it was a sunny day!?
I guess if it had been hailing he would have done the same thing though they are not supposed to like hail…

As much as I like Seasons and that they are now sensitive to hot and cold, and always seem drop off everything to look by the window to notice rain, hail and snow…they are not “sensitive” to being wet!

I sent a Sim to recycle the newspaper as I got a warning message saying he had too many of them… and he went outside in his undies… I sent the wife to greet someone on the street and she did so in her undies: she was talking to a perfect stranger in her undies in the street!!!

SIMS ARE NOT SMART!!! lol

I do wish this kind of behavior could be improved in Sims 3.

Sims should know that it is raining so to get inside and do not go out in undies. In autumn and winter if they go outside they usually automatically change to outerwear but it does occasionally rain in spring & summer.

So it would cool if we had a new option that when they are in undies/nightwear and go outside they would automatically change into wearing a dressing gown.

And when it is raining they should know to go to the nearest chair INSIDE if they have to sit, and when talking they should chose a spot out of the rain, hail or snow…

Taylor decided to go and greet this new guy forgetting she was wearing…just her undies!!! Hope hubby is a very understanding man lol

I uninstalled Bon Voyage but there are some really cool new things that I really want to try out  so I decided to re-install and uninstall all my downloads…:( very very sad day for me….

Since I lost my game once again and I am tired of having to re-do a whole new neighborhood as we also use custom neighborhood designs… and re-create new good looking sims with “normal” names to populate the new neighborhood, new lots…it takes  forever! So for once I decided to play in Pleasantview with the original people and re-introduced my downloads bit by bit.

It is quite amazing how such a great game with such great graphics and great possibilities can have such ugly sims!!! lol This is why we have so many downloads in our game because most of everything that is Maxis original is so ugly… Even though it is quite interesting to play with the Goth, Caliente & Lothario families…I first had to do something about their look…

So the first thing I re-installed was the hairstyles and some of the clothes…. and I gave a make-over to all those sims…they now look a bit better… well except a few where there is absolutely nothing you can do to make them look at least normal. I will take a few pictures of the before & after and post them when I get a chance. But right now I am off playing…
