Sims 2 Tips & Tricks : Free bookcase skills

Buy your Sims a bookcase, then have a Sim start studying. Interrupt the action so that the Sim will leave the book on the ground or on the coffee table then simply sell the bookcase. The book will then do everything the bookcase does but for free and for smaller home, what a space saver too.
